WHAT IT IS
This interval-based slow burn workout will seriously torch calories and firm up muscles! This workout involves periods of intense work followed by short periods of rest. Do nine exercises in a row; two rounds each. Don’t let the name fool you–this slow burn workout is exactly that: a muscle-burning, calorie-burning workout that will make you feel stronger, leaner, and more powerful by the time you’re through. For all interval-based workouts, be sure to bring a towel and extra water–you’ll need it.
Firm up muscle and start seeing results with this intense, interval-based slow burn workout. The athletic-based moves in this routine incorporate multiple muscle groups, ensuring you work your entire body. Occasional plyometrics are also included to add variety and keep your heart pumping.
You’ll do nine exercises in a row two times over, with short periods of rest in between. Chris will take you through reverse lunges, squat-jacks, ab-sprawlers, and several other exercises that will have you burning calories, breathing heavy, and feeling confident and strong. These moves will work your upper and lower body, strengthen your core, and have you feeling the slow burn.
