This quick 20-minute Standing Upper body Workout is a fun one. And read these two words: No Push-ups! This is all standing so nothing on the floor. Trainer Tara Putz will take you through each upper body muscle group and work your muscles to fatigue. You’ll work for 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest to transition to the next exercise. You will keep moving the whole 20 minutes.
