Straight Up Strength is a 35-minute workout led by Tara Putz that hits every muscle group with smart, intentional strength work. You’ll move through 3 blocks, each with upper body, lower body, core, and a quick cardio finisher.

Each exercise is 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. It’s fun, effective, and good for all levels. We’ll move slow and with purpose to reach muscle fatigue and build strength from head to toe. Grab your dumbbells, a step and let’s get strong!
