Hello, I am wondering what your thoughts are on RetinA/Tretinion?
A few of us in the office have used Retin A for acne and or anti-aging.
It really depends on your skin, if you have sensitive skin Retin A can cause irritation or dryness if you use it too much. Others like the product, but you have to be especially careful in the sun! extra careful:))We suggest meeting with a dermatologist or reputable esthetician in your area to have them suggest the right products for your skin! Check out this beauty blog, the last 2 products are 2 of our personal favorites!

I’m 51 years old. How often should I strength train and what is a good schedule??
Experts suggest 1-2 days a week if you are just getting started, and 3-5 days a week of strength training if you are currently working out. Please remember you need cardio too!
That’s why our combo workouts like HIIT, and Bootcamp are awesome because you get both!
Check out this blog with some great tips on how to get started with strength training: http://gethealthyu.com/the-beginners-guide-to-strength-training/ <http://gethealthyu.com/the-beginners-guide-to-strength-training/> (ZD: 3767)
Hi Chris, I’m turning 50 this Sept. and I’ve noticed some extra weight around my middle and upper thighs and butt and really hate it. I’ve just started my third week of your workouts (I mix Definitions and HIIT) and I get discouraged when I step on the scale and see that I’ve gained a pound or two. Is this something I should’ve expected?
Don’t get discouraged , it will happen!!!
Long term weight loss doesn’t happen overnight for most people especially those of us who are over 40.
Stay consistent with your workouts and you will get results. Your workouts sound great, but are you also tracking your diet?
Journaling your food will really hep you stay accountable and gauge what you are eating and drinking. We suggest eating a clean diet filled with fruits, veggies, lean protein, and whole grains. Try to avoid overly processed and fast food as much as possible. If you want more info on clean eating check out Chris’s “Get Started” e-books, here is that link for your convenience: http://gethealthyu.com/products/books/ <http://gethealthyu.com/products/books/> Also take a peak at the hundreds of free healthy recipes we have on GHU: http://gethealthyu.com/recipe/ <http://gethealthyu.com/recipe/> These recipes are super tasty and healthy! Where can you get the step platform you use in your workouts?
Your local fitness store like Dicks or Sports Authority should have them, otherwise they are for sale online too: http://www.walmart.com/ip/2590791?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222227001128434&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=40331939912&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=78293994152&veh=sem <http://www.walmart.com/ip/2590791?wmlspartner=wlpa&selectedSellerId=0&adid=22222222227001128434&wl0=&wl1=g&wl2=c&wl3=40331939912&wl4=&wl5=pla&wl6=78293994152&veh=sem>

What’s your thoughts on botox or dysport using it for wrinkles?
A few of us at team GHU have tried botox and really liked the results! If you go to a licensed professional with experience it is a very simple procedure. Our dermatologists told us it was safe.
None of us have used dysport so can’t speak to that.
We hope this helps!
Any tips for improving your sleep? Specific food, exercises, etc?

Is Collagen Hydrolysate a beneficial protein to take for weight loss and working out?
We’ve taken collagen to benefit hair, skin, and nails, but none of us have heard of it being used for weight loss.
Really the best thing to do to lose weight it clean eating and exercise. I’m sorry we couldn’t be of more help on this.
Which videos do you recommend while on trips that can be done in the hotel rooms without equipment, but maximum workouts in 30 to 40 minutes?
When you said videos do you mean actual DVD’s or workouts from GHU TV? I’m guessing GHU TV, in that case SO many to choose from! The Yoga and kickboxing from Power 20 are awesome, and only 20 minutes! here is that link for your convenience: http://www.gethealthyutv.com/videos/power-20/ <http://www.gethealthyutv.com/videos/power-20/> and the calorie sizzler and bodyweight workout from Rock your Body Bootcamp are also fab and you will really feel the burn in under 45 minutes, here is that link for your convenience: http://www.gethealthyutv.com/videos/rock-your-body-bootcamp/ <http://www.gethealthyutv.com/videos/rock-your-body-bootcamp/> (ZD: 3773)
