I have been suffering with painful arthritis for the last 5 years getting gradually getting worse and worse. I also had a Stroke a couple of years ago which has affected my stability too.

Hi Chris! I love having the videos you create accessible when I need a quick workout at my fingertips... and I LOVE GetHealthyU! I'm am having a problem finding the kind of videos I want though. It's a search thing, I think, and maybe you can help explain how to access the actual workouts... For instance, I found the tabata video of approx 10 minutes where you lead all the way through. That way, I have the timing without having to watch the clock myself to know when to take those 10 second rest periods ;") Does my question make sense? I'm sure you've got more quick workouts like that one, but I really can't find them easily and I cut into my quickie workout time trying to find them? Do you have more like this, and if so, how do I quickly access them, please? I can't say enough good things about this site! I just love it for so many reasons!
How do we determine what weight of kettlebell we want to use for our workouts? I got myself a 15 lbers but dependent on whose video I am doing, i I'm finding that that may be way too heavy for certain instructors. Also, can you put some more kettlebell workouts in for premium members? That would be excellent.
I think you have mentioned that you are not a fan of soy milk for women. Is soy milk also a concern for males? I worry about my teenage son who drinks soy milk when he is with his dad.
I love the walk to lose group of videos. Do you have any plans to add more videos to this series? If not what group of exercises would you suggest attempting next? I am a 65 year old in pretty good shape, but some of the other programs I have tried are too challenging for me at this point.

I ride bicycle daily - how much time is good to do a bicycle ride daily? Is this a good source of exercise on it's own? Do I need other forms of exercise as well? If so - daily or...? THX so much Chris!
