Where do I find the live workouts that were part of the Gold Get Healthy addition. I signed up for it, but I do not see how to access them. Thank you.

Hi Chris…love being a get healthy u member. What are you thoughts on drinking a fiber supplement daily?

I am 30 years old and have subscribed to Get Healthy U TV for almost a year now, and now feel stronger and in better shape than ever before. After my first child was born (almost 2 years ago), I have had several bouts with neck contractures, at least four or five times within this time period. This all started before I had gotten back into the exercise routine after the baby was born. Do you have any suggestions of how to prevent this from happening? I think it may be related at least in part to stress, so exercising regularly definitely helps, but I am interested to know if you have any tips for me.

First off, thank you for all that you do! I have followed you for years and you give me inspiration! I started taking the Neocell Collagen+C and the Hyaluronic Acid about 1 month ago. My question is, should you notice a difference because I haven’t really noticed anything different? Just curious?

As I’m becoming more fit and losing some weight, my double chin is disappearing. In it’s place is loose, baggy skin. Is there anything I can do from an exercise perspective to tighten up that area?

I love calendars to help with knowing what workout to do when. I also like accountability and support groups. Is something that is offered?

Hi, Chris. Any tips on getting rid of shin splits? I try to do the low impact versions of exercises but they keep rearing their ugly heads. Thanks!

I ride bicycle daily – how much time is good to do a bicycle ride daily?
Is this a good source of exercise on it’s own?
Do I need other forms of exercise as well?
If so – daily or…? THX so much Chris!

I love the walk to lose group of videos. Do you have any plans to add more videos to this series? If not what group of exercises would you suggest attempting next? I am a 65 year old in pretty good shape, but some of the other programs I have tried are too challenging for me at this point.

I think you have mentioned that you are not a fan of soy milk for women. Is soy milk also a concern for males? I worry about my teenage son who drinks soy milk when he is with his dad.

How do we determine what weight of kettlebell we want to use for our workouts? I got myself a 15 lbers but dependent on whose video I am doing, i I’m finding that that may be way too heavy for certain instructors. Also, can you put some more kettlebell workouts in for premium members? That would be excellent.

Thank you for answering my kettle bell question!! I love your live chats, Chris! I am trying to balance by strength and cardio and kettlebell seems to be a good way to do strength training. BTW, I am 56 and in the fun stage of menopause!! Hahaha

Hi Chris! I love having the videos you create accessible when I need a quick workout at my fingertips… and I LOVE GetHealthyU!
I’m am having a problem finding the kind of videos I want though. It’s a search thing, I think, and maybe you can help explain how to access the actual workouts… For instance, I found the tabata video of approx 10 minutes where you lead all the way through. That way, I have the timing without having to watch the clock myself to know when to take those 10 second rest periods ;”) Does my question make sense? I’m sure you’ve got more quick workouts like that one, but I really can’t find them easily and I cut into my quickie workout time trying to find them? Do you have more like this, and if so, how do I quickly access them, please? I can’t say enough good things about this site! I just love it for so many reasons!
