    what can I do with the weight gain from menopause have issues with back sometimes and I want to look after my knees Is it more weight to lift taking dairy out I have more weight around my waist.from menopause

    Help! I have a neuroma (I think that's what it's called) which is creating alot of pain on the top of my foot when I walk. It's keeping me from doing my cardio (treadmill/eliptical). It's keeping me from doing GHUTV. Are there any workouts on GHUTV that I can do without impacting my foot. I don't know how to let this heal without staying off it.
