what can I do with the weight gain from menopause have issues with back sometimes and I want to look after my knees Is it more weight to lift taking dairy out I have more weight around my waist.from menopause
Hi, Georgia. Menopausal weight gain is vey common. Some people do benefit from giving up dairy, but I would suggest you first look at your diet as a whole and how much you’re exercising. Our Beginners calendar is a great place to start if you have not been exercising much and are trying to get back on track. Here are a few blogs I think might help you. http://gethealthyu.com/how-to-prevent-menopausal-weight-gain/ <http://gethealthyu.com/how-to-prevent-menopausal-weight-gain/> http://gethealthyu.com/6-steps-to-losing-weight-after-40/ <http://gethealthyu.com/6-steps-to-losing-weight-after-40/>

THANKS AS ALWAYS – GREAT TOPICS
Help! I have a neuroma (I think that’s what it’s called) which is creating alot of pain on the top of my foot when I walk. It’s keeping me from doing my cardio (treadmill/eliptical). It’s keeping me from doing GHUTV. Are there any workouts on GHUTV that I can do without impacting my foot. I don’t know how to let this heal without staying off it.
Do you have any recommendations for making time for exercise and getting back into shape after baby? Should an hour of sleep be sacrificed to make time for exercise?
Glad to have a positive coach on line… love the words of affirmation & encouragement…
What are your thoughts on juicing? Best juicer in your opinion?
I’ve been taking glucosamine chondroitin once a day for over a year and have had improvement with my knees and hips. It has helped alleviate joint pain and inflammation.

Do you have any recommendations for emotional eaters? I can exercise until the cows come home but it doesn’t matter when you are an emotional eater.
When I go to the gym I do the arc trainer for an hour and elliptical 15 min. Are those great machines to help stomach fat?

Hi Sheri. Thank you for working out with us!
It really depends on what you want to spend. We like the hanging mats and the Airex Fitline 180 from Spri: http://www.spri.com/exercise-mats/ <http://www.spri.com/exercise-mats/>
They take a lot of beating and stay together very well!
