Chloe Freytag is a professional ballerina who also teaches yoga, Reiki and meditation. As a ballerina, Chloe knows firsthand how healing movement can be. She strives to help people deeply connect to their bodies and breath, and thus experience the magic that transpires through this unison.
Exposed to yoga at a young age by her mother Chris Freytag, she has grown up with these practices for over 15 years. Chloe has completed her 200RYT Ashtanga Yoga Certification; her 200RYT certification in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation; her 80 hour certification in Prenatal Yoga and is a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition. She has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness and brings together all this knowledge from her various experiences to teach relatable and reliable practices that can help a wide variety of people to reduce stress and connect to their energy and body.
