Meet Your Instructor: Patty Knudsen

Patty Knudsen is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and is yoga trained as well. Patty has been teaching in the fitness industry for the past 27 years! Her passion is to help people work on their health and fitness goals. Patty lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband and has 4 grandbabies that keep her moving! She is excited to work with the amazing Get Healthy U TV Squad!
