Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! This is our eighth round of Body Zone Breakdown led by trainer Tara Putz. With four blocks of work, we'll start with lower body, move to upper body, then total body and core. This is the ultimate full-body workout! There will be cardio sprinkled throughout, along with serious strength training moves so you’ll get the best of both worlds—cardio and strength.
