Join us for this Get Healthy U TV GOLD workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Shelley Hawkins will lead us through another version of our Sweat and Sculpt format. We will use dumbbells for the strength and easy cardio drills to create circuits that will give you a total body workout. One minute of strength followed by 30 seconds of cardio - and you keep moving through a whole battery of compound exercises. Feel free to have two sets of dumbbells – a light and a heavy. All levels welcome – we will offer modifications! Get ready to sweat and sculpt with our trainers!
