Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready to burn out the upper body in this 30-minute low-impact workout. We will hit every muscle group in the upper body using dumbbells and bodyweight. We will go heavy, slow, and controlled to break down the muscle fibers and sculpt your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back. Chris will also thread in a little core work throughout the workout. Grab a few sets of dumbbells (suggesting 8–20 lbs) and get ready to sweat and sculpt. Both floor work and standing work but no jumping—it’s all low impact, but not low intensity!
