Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! We’re back with another version of this format we call Pressure. This routine will give you a full-body strength workout with each exercise performed twice. Trainer Shannon Tietz will work your whole body—no muscle group will be left untouched! Pressure 3 will follow the same format as versions 1 and 2, but with new exercises. Challenge your muscles with “time under tension” (hence the name of workout, Pressure)! Don’t be intimidated—modifications will be given to help all levels be successful.
