Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! It’s time for another walking workout using the long resistance band. Indoor walking is fun, burns up calories and is easy on the joints! This low impact workout, led by Sam Cameranesi, will incorporate circuits of cardio and strength training using the band. You’ll love this workout even if you’re a beginner, just grab a light resistance band. If you’re more advanced, grab a heavier resistance band and you’ll still be challenged by the workout!
