Join Trainer Sam Cam for a 10-minute cardio quickie workout to blast through calories and get your heart rate up. No equipment needed—just your bodyweight and energy. This workout will take you through a series of athletic drills. Each drill is one minute long.
Sam starts with a low-impact version of the exercise for 30 seconds and moves into a plyometric option for the next 30 seconds. It’s up to you if you want to come along for those heart-pumping plyometric sections—they’re intended to get your heart rate up and push you out of your comfort zone. However, if you’d like to stay low impact, you’ll continue with the no jumping option. Chris Freytag will be demonstrating the no jumping options throughout the workout, so all fitness levels are welcome.
Cardio drills like squats, side lunges, skaters, and even pushups (yes, one set of pushups in this cardio workout) will raise your heart rate and burn up calories. Use this workout to tag onto another workout or as a standalone calorie-blasting energy booster any time of day.
