Shannon Tietz is back with another rendition of 3-2-1. Shannon brings the heat as always as she leads you through several blocks of 3-2-1: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of core. You’ll take a quick recovery rest and repeat each block twice.

This workout will work every muscle group using compound exercises. You’ll push your muscles to fatigue and feel the burn. The bursts of cardio turn up your heart rate and the core work is fire!

And if you are looking for a low impact option, Trainer Melissa will be your modifier throughout the workout. We encourage modifications and low impact can still be very high intensity. It’s all about the attitude and effort you bring to the session.
