Shelley HawkinsGet ready to work for 20 minutes straight during this Banded Barre workout. Trainer Shelley Hawkins keeps you moving without a break! This barre workout is designed to sculpt and tone your whole body. You’ll feel the shakes and burns quite quickly while using the mini band on your legs. (We like the fabric bands. Rubber bands are good for upper body, but the fabric bands are awesome for lower body because they give you more resistance and don’t roll or pinch.)
