This workout certainly “raises the bar” in terms of intensity and fun! This second round of this format led by trainer Shelley Hawkins is made up of all the things: pliés, squat pulses, upper-body moves with light weights, and core work. Shelley will inspire you with a quick-paced workout and new combinations.

All you need is a light set of weights, a mini ball (or towel/pillow), and a mat. Get ready to keep moving the entire time. Shelley takes the best elements of ballet, light strength training, yoga, and Pilates and works you from head to toe in just 30 minutes. All levels are welcome, and modifications are given.
