Get ready to sweat with our Chair Cardio HIIT workout. You can and will get your heart rate up sitting in a chair. Trainer Sam Cameranesi will have you performing rhythmic and continuous motion exercises with a work-to-rest ratio, making this seated HIIT workout a hot one! You’ll be doing seated jumping jacks, leg movements, and arm movements that will have you burning up the calories.
Grab a sturdy chair and move with us. Many people can benefit from chair exercises, especially those who have been injured or are out of shape, diabetic, or elderly. Or if you are just looking for low impact, this would be a great option too.
Don’t focus on what you can’t do. Focus on what you can do! If you find yourself ready to move but with some limitations, remember our favorite phrase, “No shame in the modify game!” Start with chair exercise.
