Trainer Maddy La Roche will have you using a variety of weights, a mini ball and a mini band and focusing on barre-inspired strength exercises. Think pliè squats and relevès with upper body moves. This total body workout will sculpt and strengthen every muscle in your body. Your muscles will feel the burn.
