Join Trainer Tara Putz for another energizing round of Full Body Circuit (FBC)—a fun, effective mix of cardio and strength. FBC features three blocks of work, each focusing on specific muscle groups with our classic structure: a BASE move, a BUILD move, and a POWER move. This workout introduces new, dynamic combos that challenge all major muscle groups for a total-body blast. Modifications will be provided throughout, so you can adjust as needed.
