Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready for this second round of HIIT Arms and Abs. This high intensity interval class, led by trainer Patty Knudsen, specifically focuses on your upper body and core, just as it’s called – Arms + Abs! Patty will do a series of exercises using the interval of 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. She will keep you going and  throw in a few cardio bursts to give you the benefit some heart rate training too. This workout is designed to increase upper body strength with the addition of core and balance exercises to sculpt your midsection.
