Sheila ChenierJoin us for the next Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership. This 30 minute Beginner GOLD class includes strength, cardio and stretching to give you a fun complete workout. Trainer Sheila Chenier will take you through the workout using light to medium weights. All cardio will be low impact and topped off with stretching at the end to leave you feeling energized. Feel free to use heavier weights if you want to make it more intense!
