Shelley Hawkins will turn up the heat, as usual, get your heart rate up and give your muscles a good burn. The intervals will be 1 minute of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. Non-stop and very little repetition. A bunch of new exercises different from version 1 and 2! This is a fun and sweaty cardio/strength format for all levels. You just modify where you need to!
