GOLD Low Impact Lower Body Circuits 3
Tara PutzJoin us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! In this third version, Tara will burn out the lower body in just 30-minutes! Your glutes, thighs, hamstrings, and calves will feel the burn as you move through circuits involving both floor and standing lower-body work. We will hit every muscle group in the lower body using a mini band, dumbbells, and bodyweight. Your heart rate will rise from the repetitions and using the large muscle groups in your legs. Grab a few sets of dumbbells (suggesting 8–20 lbs) and get ready to firm and burn. No jumping—it’s all low impact, but not low intensity!
