That’s why Trainer Tara Putz is back with the 4th edition of the popular Low Impact Tabata-Style Cardio HIIT. This workout is low on impact but high on intensity—and packed with fun! Tara will challenge you to push your limits and get your heart rate up during each Tabata round. A Tabata interval consists of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds. With big, full-range movements that work all planes of motion, you’ll finish this session feeling strong, empowered, and seriously sweaty.
