If you like a little longer warm-up and cool-down, this format is for you. Trainer Sam Cam does not disappoint with an intense lower-body strength workout that incorporates balance challenges throughout. This workout has a solid warm-up and cool-down. Chris Freytag takes you through an approx. 8-minute warm-up and then Sam Cam works the lower-body strength and balance for 20 minutes, and ends with an effective 15-minute stretching session.

Your lower body will feel the burn between the lunges, squats and so much more. If you are looking for a booty workout, Sam has got it for you here. The longer warm-up really allows your joints and muscles to prepare for the upcoming workout. The final active stretch will help you with strength and flexibility.
