“Sam Cam is ready to work your muscles during this FIT Functional Integrated Training session. This is the first one for our premium members. Functional training moves are moves that you use in your daily life to function – you squat, bend, lift, push and pull. Sam will challenge your muscles using medium to heavy dumbbells. The goal will be muscle fatigue so Sam will keep you moving through the paces the whole time. No move is repeated. The time will fly by and your body feel worked! This workout is mostly low impact.
