Using a variety of dumbbells, you’ll focus on controlled, intentional movements that engage every muscle group.
This is a true strength session; you’ll lift heavier weights, work toward fatigue, and focus on form and muscle connection. Shannon will be right there coaching you through every move, offering modifications and motivation to help you challenge yourself safely and effectively. Start strong, adjust your weights as needed, and get ready to feel the burn!
