Pyramid Power Premium 4
Chris FreytagTrainer Chris Freytag will lead you through this next version of a squad favorite format: Pyramid Power 4. It’s a full-body strength and cardio based interval workout. It ramps up, peaks halfway through, then winds back down. We’ll do rounds of cardio and strength drills, starting with one exercise for our first round. Then, we’ll add a new exercise for each consecutive round as we work our way up to incorporate all seven heart-pumping moves before cooling back down.
