Welcome to Barre Bootcamp 1 led by our trainer, Shelley Hawkins. Get ready for a barre workout that just has a little extra “oomph”—a little more time under tension, a few more reps, and some solid upper body work. You will take traditional barre moves and mix them up with some bigger range-of-motion movements.
Shelley will keep you focused as you sweat and feel the burn. You’ll be counting reps at the end of the workout and she will finish with a series of core exercises. Take that intensity up and enjoy this combination of barre and bootcamp together!
