Shannon TietzThis quick 20-minute Standing Lower Body Workout is a leg burner. This is all standing so nothing on the floor. Trainer Shannon TIetz will take you through each lower body move and work your muscles to fatigue. You’ll pick up heavy weights and then do some of the moves with just body weight. One thing is for sure, you won’t stop for the full 20 minutes. This is a quick solid lower body strength workout no doubt.
