Patty Knudsen is ready to take you through this second version of our Step and Sculpt workout—getting your heart rate up and your muscles working. This fun workout will incorporate circuits of cardio step and strength training with dumbbells. The cardio portion involves traditional choreographed step moves you may remember from your past. If you are new to stepping, don’t worry, give it a try. The strength segments will involve the step platform and the dumbbells. Your heart will be pumping, your muscles will be shaking, and hopefully you’ll be smiling through this fun and effective total body workout.
