This session is all about keeping your joints fluid and your muscles flexible, so you can move with ease, reduce stiffness, and support long-term strength and independence. We’ll focus on gentle, controlled movements to improve mobility in key areas like your shoulders, spine, and especially your hips. Sam will also do a few deep stretches will help lengthen and loosen tight muscles.
