Sam starts with an approximately 8-minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes of upper-body strength training, and ends with an effective 15-minute stretch session.
Your upper body will feel the muscle fatigue as Sam takes you through back rows to chest presses to bicep curls and so much more. If you are looking for toned arms and a strong back, shoulders, and chest, Sam has got it for you here. The longer warm-up really allows your joints and muscles to prepare for the upcoming workout. The final active stretch will help you with strength and flexibility.
