In this upper-body strength video, trainer Tara Putz teaches you the proper form and movement every step of the way. This video is all about the upper-body strength. Tara will train all muscle groups, from chest to arms to back to shoulders! Get ready for push-ups, renegade rows, tricep overhead extensions, bicep curls, and more.
