Sam starts with approximately an 8-minute warm-up, goes hard with lower-body strength training for 20 minutes, and ends with an effective 15-minute stretching session.

Your lower body will feel the burn between the lunges, squats, skaters, and so much more. If you are looking for a booty workout, Sam has got it for you here. The longer warm-up really allows your joints and muscles to prepare for the upcoming workout. The final active stretch will help you with strength and flexibility.
