Sam starts with approximately an 8-minute warm-up, goes hard with lower-body strength training for 20 minutes, and ends with an effective 15-minute stretching session.

The longer warm-up really allows your joints and muscles to prepare for the upcoming workout. The final active stretch will help you with strength and flexibility.
