Walk a 4K
Tara PutzLet’s Walk a 4K, right in your living room! In this upbeat indoor walking workout, we cover approximately 2.5 miles in the workout using nothing but your feet, your arms, and some good energy. The music is set to a 4.0 mph pace, so we “walk to the beat” with multi-muscle moves that keep your heart rate lifted while staying totally low-impact and accessible for all levels.
