DAY 1: GHUTV Virtual Fitness Weekend 2.0

Welcome Meeting and Workout 1: Kickboxing + Strength Circuits

Check out the schedule here to find all other Fitness Weekend session. Get ready for 30 min of kickboxing drills followed by 30 min of solid strength exercises using medium and heavy dumbbells. You will sweat and feel strong! All fitness levels welcome – modifications will be given. Please download and print the Fitness Weekend Worksheets now if you haven’t already.

Workshop 1: Mindset Matters

Your health journey starts in the mind. People don’t realize this, but you have to get your mind right to create a long-term plan. We will discuss tips and concepts to help you continue to move forward and stay positive.

Workout 2: Yoga Sculpt + Core

Get ready for 30 min of yoga sculpting with a pair of light dumbbells followed by 30 minutes of thoughtful and focused core exercises to work your abs and back. All fitness levels welcome – modifications will be given.

Workshop: Get the Scoop: Heart Rate Training + Strength Training

Let’s dive into why your heart rate matters, how to track it, and what the heart rate zones are all about. We will also discuss the benefits of strength training, good form tips, and how to create your strength training plan.
