    Last fall my husband and I became empty nesters. Our daughter loves college and is sooo happy, thank goodness, but I evidently got busy eating too much and sitting on my butt way more than I was before. My birthday is in October and I would love to get back into good health habits as I approach my birthday. A 30day reboot is just what I need!

      Thanks for reaching out. Looks like you are looking at our free fitness challenges. These are all great! All of our workouts are going to address your arms and your core (abdominals). If you take a look at a few of them you will see how the workouts are designed to give you a variety of things to do each day. The Meditation series will not address your specific issues, but the others will. I would say start with the Shake Up Your Wake Up or Stronger Together and see what you think. But truly, all of them are going to be super helpful for your overall body shaping and health!
