I'm hoping for another Cardio Blast workout soon. Also a new cardio or HIIT kickboxing. As you can see I'm after more pure cardio.
Could you please clarify how/when/where we actually access the videos on the day they are scheduled? Also, it would be wonderful if this schedule could be either emailed out to Gold members or posted in a PDF format to download. Thanks!

Love the dance mix workouts. There hasn't been a new one in awhile! Also more body weight strength/cardio workouts for those of us who travel a lot for work! Please! Love all the trainers at Get Healthy U.
Hey! I would love to see some new step workouts next month. A long step class or maybe a step class that also uses light weights would be amazing!
Submitting a request for 1-2 step workouts in October. Step HIIT, Cardio Step HIIT, Step Strength - any of those formats would be great as we haven't gotten new ones in awhile! With 9 workouts that month surely one or two can be squeezed in? Thanks for the consideration!
