    I have been on a diet for 3 years now I was in accident paralyzed they gave me cortisone shots which made me swelled up I had once I gain 300lbs that it stop all the, medication that all the doctor's had me on. Just recently I turned 60 had a stroke so I extremely careful what I eat because after all of that my inside are all messed up, I have Diverticulitis IBS now I Crohn's d was really happy when I got done to 146 but it creep up 165 again down to 150 I exercise 3 times a week I go on the treadmill then to my electric bike love if I feeling good may in workout video once a week I have tons of fruits on hand banana, oranges, apple, blueberry muffin gluten free, breakfast then a small salad no tomato can't have anything with seeds if I have dinner which is early I have a Corn taco bowl, avocado, chicken or fish lettuce black olives and mushrooms with Parmesan cheese and that is it
