Shannon brings the heat as always as she leads you through several blocks of 3-2-1: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of core. You’ll take a quick recovery rest and repeat each block twice. This workout will work every muscle group using compound exercises. You’ll push your muscles to fatigue and feel the burn. The bursts of cardio turn up your heart rate and the core work is fire!.
