Led by Sam Cam, this high-energy session features interval-style training with a variety of work-to-rest ratios. You’ll give it your all during the work phases, then catch your breath and gear up to go again. The goal is to work as hard as you can. Punch, kick, hook, and squat your way through this fun and challenging workout! Unlike our continuous cardio kickboxing workouts, this one focuses on intervals and repetition for maximum impact.
