This routine offers a full-body strength workout, with each exercise performed twice. Trainer Shannon Tietz will work your whole body—no muscle group will be left untouched! Pressure 5 follows the same format as previous versions, but with all-new exercises. Challenge your muscles with “time under tension” (hence the name, Pressure)! Don’t be intimidated—modifications will be given to help all levels be successful.
