This workout is all about working your pushing muscles (chest, shoulders and triceps) as well as your pulling muscles (back and biceps). Of course, your legs and glutes will get involved too, but our focus will be on pushing and pulling movements. Get ready for your trainer Shannon Tietz to take you through this second version of this format. Work your muscles to fatigue and get your heart rate up from the load and repetition! Modifications will be provided.
