Shannon TietzJoin us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready for a total body strength session—completely standing with no floor work! Shannon will guide you through exercises that target every major muscle group. Grab a few sets of dumbbells to challenge yourself, along with a long resistance band with handles and a mini band for some muscle-burning finishers. This is a low-impact workout, but definitely not low in intensity! We’ll focus on proper form and pushing your muscles to fatigue. Shannon is always ready to go, and modifications will be provided so you can work at your level.
