Grab a jump rope and dumbbells and get ready for Trainer Sam Cam to motivate you through the 3rd version of this sweaty circuit workout. She’ll take you through full-body circuits involving compound exercises. Between strength circuits, you’ll jump rope for some quick and energetic cardio. Depending on your space and fitness level, you can jump with or without a rope or do jumping jacks as an alternative. This complete strength and cardio workout is fun, challenging, and gives new meaning to calorie-burning! These exercises may be intense, but as usual we’ll suggest modifications.
