We at Get Healthy U TV have just the solution for you: take your walking program indoors!

A workout as simple as a brisk walk each day can be so beneficial for your overall health. That is why we have created this 28 day Walk, Sweat, Sculpt Calendar – a fun yet challenging opportunity to get your miles in at home!

Forget about walking late when it’s dark out or walking alone, get your miles in at home in the comfort of your own home with your favorite tunes. But don’t be fooled by indoor walking! This calendar will incorporate not only walking and cardio based movements, but also strength-based movements to sculpt and tone your muscles. So you’ll get a well-rounded month of cardio, strength, and stretching!

Walk, Sweat, Sculpt is a combination of our new series Walk, Sweat, Sculpt Program in combination with some of our other walking programs, Walk and Tone and Indoor Power Walking. Take indoor walking to a new level in the comfort of your own home, while pairing these walking workouts with some strength and toning based workouts. Give this new program a try and sweat it out at home!
